It's the tax," even after I broke down my math for him. The budtender did not attempt to explain the difference other than, "ma'am you are incorrect. When they came back with the corrected amount, it was $60+. The total should have been $55 and change, but they attempted to charge us full price. We do this every time and our math is always accurate. We placed the order online and did the math to figure out the total including tax as the flower discounts are not reflected on the site. We live very close and didn't want to travel far so we went to the Hall location today. We have been loyal to Nectar for years now (literally have not gone anywhere else) but avoid this location like the plague. It's always a fight to get it corrected and they act like we are trying to steal from them. Have forgotten items more than once, as well as given us multiple empty preroll containers. Try a different location if you're shopping with Nectar because this one has gone far, far downhill. Also, don't work in customer service if you can't get a grip of the basics. These "laws" are not enforced at the other locations. If you're going to be rude and non-accommodating, while saying it's "OLCC laws", please make it consistent across the board. Not to mention, I've never heard this demand at this location, the Allen location, the Barbur location, or the Lents one prior. I don't need a wannabe army general, who needs an attitude adjustment anyway, demanding to check my ID outside of my wallet while I'm struggling to get it out for several minutes, and all of my information is clear as day through the ID window. After I get off work, I want to get my weed and go home. I've had several lovely interactions here and at Lents, Barbur & Allen before this one, but this was literally the only and last straw for me. There is an older woman who clearly has major issues dealing with the general public, and will throw snarky remarks at anything you say.
